For Colorado residents: Starting July 1, 2022 there will be a delivery fee of $0.27 automatically added to purchases. Retailers will have to collect the $0.27 fee every time they deliver taxable goods to a Colorado address. U.S. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Enjoy free standard shipping, with delivery in 2-14 business days, on any Finity Inc order of $150 or more shipped to an address within the 48 contiguous United States. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and all other shipping destinations outside the United States. Shipping and handling charges will be deducted automatically at checkout for qualifying orders when the customer selects standard shipping. Valid on Finity Inc only. Offer not valid on previous purchases. Subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations and exchanges. Minimum purchase required; sales tax and shipping and handling do not qualify toward the minimum purchase. Other restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change at any time.

Which carriers do you use?

We use UPS, FedEx or a combination of UPS and USPS or FedEx. Shipments to P.O. boxes are delivered by USPS only.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email that contains tracking info and links. You can also sign in to My Account and follow the tracking link under "Order History." Do I have to sign for my package?

All orders over $500 and any order delivered to a business address require signatures. Sometimes a signature may be required for orders under $500, at the discretion of the UPS driver.

Can I ship to different addresses in the same order?

Sorry, we don't offer multiple-address shipping within one order.

Do you offer weekend delivery?

Packages delivered by USPS might arrive on a Saturday. All other packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If, after following up with UPS, FedEx, or USPS, you're still not satisfied, please call Client Services at 530-628-3066 or contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Orders containing fragrances and nail polish may only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states via ground delivery. Fragrance and nail polish delivery to P.O. boxes are unavailable.

bebe ships to P.O. boxes in the 48 contiguous states, Guam and Saipan via standard shipping only. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and U.S. Territories other than Guam and Saipan.

Finity Inc has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Borderfree, to fulfill orders for our international customers.
Please note that Borderfree coordinates your Finity Inc order and is responsible for all billing, shipping and customer service issues related to your International order.

What's your return policy?

We hope you love your Finity Inc purchase, but if you need to make a return, you can do so within 30 days your order shipping through our online portal accessed below. You can receive a full refund within 21 days from the shipping date. After 21 days, and within 30 days, you will receive a merchandise credit on an eGift Card. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns. Please be advised that once an order has been placed it can't be canceled or changed. You'll have to wait until you receive your purchase and then return it. Please note that online purchases must be returned via the online portal only.

How to return an item:

For mail-in returns, please enclose the packing slip inside the package, attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed Return Label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your closest carrier location. All contiguous U.S. orders will have the option of a $4.00 an item return label fee which will be deducted from the total refund or credit if the provided label is used. You may also send the merchandise back using any other traceable method at your expense. Finity Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Final Sale Items: Any styles listed as final sale are not eligible for refund, store credit, exchange, or return. All intimates are considered final sale.
  • All items that do not meet our return criteria (listed below) or are sent back without prior authorization will be considered forfeited and will be handled at Finity Inc sole discretion. This may include a $5 restocking fee.
  • Only customers in the contiguous US can obtain a shipping label
  • Finity Inc cannot provide shipping labels for APO = Army Post Office & FPO - Fleet Post Office
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 10-14 business days from the date your package is received in our facility. You will not be notified when your package arrives to our facility, so we do recommend that you save your tracking number so that you can track your package. This will also help you time the processing of your refund.  If you do not receive an email notification from us within 14 business days from the day your package arrived to our facility.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:

  • Return New Items Only: Returned clothes and accessories must be in new, unworn condition without any damages and with the original hang tag attached. Please try on all clothing with an undergarment.
  • Remember to Keep the Tags on: Please remember to keep all tags on if you want to return the item. If you return an item without the original hang tag attached, the return will not be processed.
  • Some Items Cannot Be Returned: Unfortunately, any styles marked as final sale items cannot be returned, final sale styles include sale styles, intimates and swimwear cannot be returned.
  • Shoes, if shoes are not returned with the exact same style box the customer will be charged a $15 dollar processing fee.
  • A Refund If Returned Within 30 Days: If the items you ordered are not what you expected in size, fit or style, we will gladly provide you with a refund on any regular priced items in your order within 30 days of purchase. 
  • Items Can Not Be Returned After 30 Days.
  • Automated Return Center: Access your return center online, select the item(s) you would like to return, get a refund estimate, download your shipping label. Your refund will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
